Long run for the last day in the Cairngorms. From the Sugar bowl car park to Lairig Ghru followed the track past the Pools of Dee and to the footbridge. Crossed the bridge and went straight up the side and around to the Devil's Seat. Back down the Devil's seat and followed the cliffs along the edge to the summit of Cairn Toul and continued to follow it around across the next summit and to Braeriach. Getting quite tired by this point, down the hill back across the entrance Lairig Ghru back through the gap and down the track to the car.

Evening run past An Lochan Uaine along the track north to the turning up to the top of Geal Charn Mor. Followed the path up and over the summit then back down through the forest to Norwegian Lodge.
