Run from Lizzie's flat, along the Tyne to a bridge then back down the other side. Attempted to pick up the pace and did a bit of a tempo.

Slow run back to the flat.

MLN Orienteering. event held at Marne barracks. A very flat course that wan't very complex. Well, I thought it wasn't until I went the wrong way around the butterfly and lost decent amount of time.
