Running on Paths 2:57:10 [2] 16.6 km (10:40 / km) +1390m 7:31 / km

Second day in the Mamores started at the top car park in Glen Nevis and headed out through the gorge and across the river, the peat bog was a little harder to cross. From there we headed straight up An Gearanach which once again was horribly steep. The top was cloudy so not many views as I followed the ridge a long, it was a bit of a knife edge and a little sketchy. As I came off this ridge the clouds cleared and there were some excellent views from the top of Stob Coire a Chairn. Dropped off the top and followed the ridge to Am Bodach which was a little steeper than I expected. Once again followed the ridge to Sgor an Inbhair, dropped straight down from here to the tarn from yesterday and followed the valley back down to the car park from yesterday, this decent was a little longer and more technical than I expected but easier than yesterday. Once I got to the car park I discovered that my lift hadn't arrived yet so ran back up to the top car park.

A few of the Mamores with Ali. We took the ridge up to Mullach nan Coirean , as we reached to top it suddenly cleared up and we got some good views of the rest of the ridge. Followed the ridge around to Stob Ban which was a bit steeper than expected, we dropped down to the tarn then up the switch backs up to the Devil's ridge. As we reached the ridge the weather closed in and the wind picked up so we decided to take the lower path around the ridge. This meant we had to take a disgustingly steep climb to the top of Sgurr a Mhaim and were rewarded with some think cloud. Dropped off the top and back into Glen Nevis on a decent that was so steep it wasn't actually fun.

Stopped off for a run on the way from Inverness to Fort William. Headed up the valley from a parking spot on the A86 to the tarn below Creag Meagaidh then up the steep slope to the ridge and over to the top of the hill. It was really good weather and there were some excellent views from the top. Headed down a slightly different route which involved going over a very steep boulder field that was very slow going. Then a bit of a run out down the path along the rest of the valley on the way back.

A loop taking in all the hills in Farsta worth Josh and Elwood. Legs feeling quite good considering this week's milage. Some good views of Stockholm.
