Out through the nature reserve and up the hill to the Lyburn road, followed the track back around and headed back down the hill. Followed a new track to the top of the hill then looped back to camp.

COs PT. Warm up on the square then a slow run out on to the area. A few partner carries on the field. Continued the slow run to the to the stream everyone had to take a dip and run a short way up the stream. Same route back into camp.

Squadron PT. A practise PFA for the guys before leave. I was running intervals between the quicker guys and the fatties at the back to try and make them move quicker.
