Surfing lesson while down in Cornwall.

Note

I managed to tread on a weaver fish, which have a poisonous spine on there back, while surfing. This was rather annoying and quite painful. My foot is now swollen so decided to have a day off running. Will hopefully have gone down by tomorrow.

Tried going left out of camp today. Followed some of the lanes in the vague direction of the coast. Followed a footpath in slighty the wrong direction but other than that it was nearly a straight run to the coastal path. Followed the coastal path north to the village I ran to the other day then cam back across the airfield.

Tried to do max effort for all reps.

Run out across the air field to have a look at the coast. Ran up and hill then on to the coastal path and looped back.
