Short run when I got home. Really nice evening. Headed out the village across the fields and almost straight away had to walk for a short time due to some very curious cows. Over to Little Brington then headed up to Nobottle Woods and looped past Althorpe to the church.

Running on Paths 1:26:00 [3] 17.5 km (4:55 / km) +236m 4:36 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainer 20 NC

Wednesday afternoon run. Started off doing the same route as last week. Unfortunately we were told that we aren't allowed to run on the back area and were to leave as quickly s possible while at the furthest point from camp. This inconvenience actually meant we found quite a nice new route on the other side of the road. Legs were getting tired by the end of this but I felt good for most of the run, after the first hill.
I have looked at the map and this loop can be easily extended in the future.

Stretching/Rolling/Yoga 30:00 [1]

Seeing if using YouTube to learn how to do yoga will make me do more flexibility.
4 PM

Tabbing warm up/down 8:29 [1] 0.86 km (9:52 / km) +7m 9:29 / km
shoes: Boots

Bit of walking around with 10kg. Then some random crawling and carrying.

Tabbing 26:24 [4] 3.0 mi (8:48 / mi) +26m 8:34 / mi
shoes: Boots

Long squaded intervals with 10kg made a lot more difficult by the addition of burdens. Tyres for one lap. Then a 6 man log. Then a 4 man stretcher which must have been made of lead and it seemed stupidly heavy.

Core/ Strength 30:00 [2]

Mixture of leg and core exercises.
