This ended up being a bit of a progression run. First couple of km were a warm up then picked up the pace. Absolutely dying by the end of the run.

Jog up to the start. Spent most of the time wishing I hadn't had anything to drink the night before.

Military league north event. This was quite good fun, the area was pretty interesting a quite complicated.The hills were brutal and the hangover didn't help. Feeling good by the end.
