Harpole and Glassthorpe loop with Willy. We put some efforts on the hills. I blew up a little on final hill. Legs were feeling ok for most of the run but still seem to have something pulling in my knee a little.

Run with Willy. Went around the longer Holdenby route. Felt ok for most of the run. Legs were getting a little tired by the end.

First day back at work. Managed to go to the gym. Fairly relaxed leg session. Front squats 60kg. Some goblet squats. Lunges and box jumps. Legs were tired from the weekend so didn't push the weight too much.
