Running on Paths warm up/down 20:00 [1] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-talon Blue

Jog around the assembly and holding area. Quite a lot of stretching and attempting to loosen the legs up.

Orienteering 1:02:50 [4] *** 8.4 km (7:29 / km)
16c shoes: Inov-8 X-talon Blue

Pretty clean run. Not really any nav errors just seemed to be running a bit slow. My compass work seemed a lot cleaner than on Friday. I was picking out features a lot better as well. Need to sort out a training plan and improve my fitness.

A few controls with Willy Josh and Malley. Legs were killing me so I cut some bits off and jogged around.

Jog to the start and some stretches.

Orienteering 2:04:30 [4] 11.3 km (11:01 / km)
24c shoes: Inov-8 X-talon Blue

Grymnatta. This took a long time. First time doing night o since tio 2 years ago, and it did not go so well. Made some big mistakes in the first few controls. Saw willy and Jonny a few times but lost them after the butterfly as stated to tire.
Had a few good controls but seemed to be struggling to stick on my bearings. Luckily the course had a 2 hour cut off so it was all worth it.

Orienteering 1:19:00 [3] 12.0 km (6:35 / km)
21c shoes: Inov-8 X-talon Blue

Club training with Josh willy and Jonny. Started out very rusty and continued to be rusty for most of the sesion. Had a few good legs and moving through the terrain better than I thought I would be.
