Booted run for CO PT. Jogged out of camp and on to area as a group for a warm up.

shoes: Boots

A hard session with a mixture of hill intervals and a couple of almost km reps. Running in boots is always a little slower but we were given a large amount of rest to let the slower people finish. Still seemed like a good session and I was working hard on the intervals.

Short jog around to go out onto the area with the Squadron but back gates were closed so we headed to the tank park.

Squadron circuits a fair a mixture of core and legs.
