Evening run on the second day in Venice. This was a little more successful than yesterdays attempt. Decided to sick to the water front to try and avoid getting lost as much as possible.

Run in Venice that went rather badly. Thought I would run through the alley ways to find the water front and it didn't work. Got completely disorientated and came out on the other side of the city to where I thought I would come out. I then ran some above water walk way and then through a gate and ended up somewhere I probably shouldn't have been. After running through the this dockyard for a while my watch ran out of battery and I ended up in a dead end so had to turn back an attempt to fin my way back to the hotel.

Morning swim before breakfast. The pool was really busy so had to stay behind people in some places. Managed to get a few sprints in at the end.

Bit of skipping as a warm up.

Added some leg stuff.

Need to do more stretching. Glutes, itb and adductors are feeling tight.

Late start to work so went out on to the training area for a pre lunch run.

Chilled out watt bike to warm up.

20 secs plank
20 shoulder press 20kg bar
16 twisted sit-ups

All through 5 times. Shoulders were really struggling by the end and the press-ups were becoming a bit of a challenge.

Quite a few burpees and press-ups in a mixed up variation. Surprisingly hard work.
