Squat and leg press session.
10x 2 reps of 90kg back squat
5x 3reps of leg press at 220kg.

Legs were a little weak after these.

CO's PT. Bit of brutal one this time. The troop had to continually carry a log and stretcher around a figure of 8 loop. The Sargent decided to save me and the other troop leader just for the stretcher. So had to do some long reps leading over while running next some short people.

Surprisingly sweaty bit of touch rugby in the sportshall. Fell over at the end and landed on my wrist, which hurt quite a bit.

Another go at an 8 miler along the coastal path and back through the fields with about 25kg. Didn't feel very good on the coastal path and felt I was really struggling on the hills. Felt better on the way back though and managed to run a lot more of it.

Slow row to warm up and warm down.

Rowing intervals 20:00 [5]

8x 500m 1 min recovery. This was pretty tough for 6:30 in the morning.

Core/ Strength 15:00 [4]

Core session. Trying to do some press-ups. MAnaging a few but having to do them on knuckles as hand really doesn't want to move.

Run back from Wool to Lulworth with a head torch across the farm tracks. Legs feeling a little heavy from the rowing.

Bit of core. Wrist came out of cast today so tested out some press-ups had to do them on my fist as don't have enough flexibility to do normal press-ups yet.

Decided to test my wrist with a swim.
