CO's PT. Started with 15kg and ran out on to the area where the troop picked up some ammo tins to carry to the next RV across the tank driving area so some of the puddles were hip deep. Dropped off the ammo boxes and carried on to the next RV at this point one of the Troopers was struggling so I was given his webbing until the end. At the RV one of the Captains had to get on a stretcher and the troop had to carry him to the next RV along a undulating rough gravel track at one point for got about my cast and started carrying it with my left hand. At the next RV we dropped the stretcher and headed over the knife edge to the back gate and picked up two tyres that had to be carried to the end.
Legs felt really rough at the start but started feeling better the further we ran. They are now very stiff, going to have to spend the day stretching.

Evening run with Pat after work. We did the route that I had intended to do on Saturday and managed to stay on it this time. Timed it well and got an excellent view down the coast as the sun was setting. Little further than I thought it would be and the legs were hurting quite a lot.

Casual stroll out of camp.

8Mile loop with 25kg. Down through Lulworth then on to the coastal path which has some pretty steep hills that turn out to be even worse to tab up than they are to run up. Route became less steep at the turn around point as it went along the rear coast path back towards daggers gate and camp along the farm tracks. Feet are feeling a little battered after this but quite happy with the time just nee to practise more.

LAte start to lessons so got out for a run in what looked like mist but turned out to definitely be rain. Out throught eh fields and down on to the coastal path which was pretty much deserted apart from the very keen parents on half term holiday. Then back up to camp through Lulworth.

Some single leg squats, calf raises pull ups and single leg box jumps.

Things had got pretty dark so went to the gym to do another gym triathlon as just going on the treadmill is so boring.

Not too bad with the pace. Felt quite tough though.

On the Wat bike. managed to put the saddle in a place that didn't rub my quads this time.

3k on the treadmill to finish off the session. Stupid treadmill flashes up with messages at annoying times so ran a little further than 3k.
