From home to the Church turned left and then all the way over to Whilton left o the top road to the Muscott turn then over to Brockhall and up the bridle path to Little Brington and home. Legs feeling quite good.

Most of Robert's barn loop quite hard to see how my legs and chest were feeling. Chest is still quite tight so only went for 15mins hard as don't want to make it worse before going back to work.

Evening run out down station lane and then up towards East Haddon then across the fields and up the road to the church. Had planned to go a little further but legs were feeling really heavy and my chest was feeling a bit tight.

Morning run before flying with Josh and Scott. Ran out to the lake where we scattered Tom's ashes and then back along some small paths. Good weather and nice route legs not feeling as terrible as I expected.
