Note

No training today as had my regimental interviews while Sandhurst Cup training was going on so missed the phys bit (luckily) but still managed to pull something in my glute doing pairs fire manoeuvres on the range.

Hill session. As found out today that I have put on more weight this term and weigh 94kg at the moment. So decided to try and beast myself a bit, went for some short sharp hill intervals to start. 5 Up and back downs on, then moved to another hill and did a loop working hard up and down. I was going to do some longer hills after this but my legs gave up half way up the first one.

Run area to loosen off my legs after the first long interval failed. Legs were feeling good again by the end.
