Hill session. As found out today that I have put on more weight this term and weigh 94kg at the moment. So decided to try and beast myself a bit, went for some short sharp hill intervals to start. 5 Up and back downs on, then moved to another hill and did a loop working hard up and down. I was going to do some longer hills after this but my legs gave up half way up the first one.
