Night out in London last night so decided it would probably be best to have a bit of recovery and give the legs a break.

slept:4.0 shoes: Boots

Tabbing to and from as a warm up. Followed by a bit of a squat warm up thing. Then we were doing laps of a section of the assault course. First time around no weight. Second time Webbing, Third full weight (24kg). Bit of a hangover buster after having a company dinner night the night before.
Then spent some time practising going over the 12ft wall.

OFT training. 12kg + rifle and helmet. Started out with short easy tab for warm uo then moved on to a bit of a rotation.
1st: 1 lap of rugby and football pitch with full weight, then one lap with rifle only
2nd: Casualty carry practise, two different ones followed by a bit of leopard crawling.
3rd: Carrying practise, fireman's carry twice, then baby carry twice.

After that had a best effort fully loaded lap of the rugby pitch, webbing and rifle lap of the rugby and football pitch, and rifle only lap of the two rugby pitches and football pitch.

Feeling pretty tired by the end of it.

Bit of a waerm up prior to Sandhurst Cup training.

Todays session was an indoor assault course which was a lap of jumping over stuff and doing some other bits finished with a rope climb. in between laps had a short set of 5 press-ups, 5 sit-ups, 5 squats and 5 burpees continued until someone swapped in to send you on another lap.
After the indoor bit did some monkey bar practise and some sprints.

Platoon PT. Bit of a swim, with kit on, a few races and some punishments. Fun session but I was pretty tired by then end, as there was a lot of treading water.

Back late from Germany so missed the start of the tab I was supposed to be doing (which is not a same) so went to the gym and practised some rope climbs and some pull ups.

Bit of a brutal conditioning set with Harvey at the end of the gym.
20 dead lift (50kg)
15 burpee box jumps
20 press ups
x3 no recovery

Regimental visit PT out in Germany, pretty easy easy quite fun warm up.

Circuits 30:00 [2]
shoes: Gel-DS Trainer

Bit of an upper body circuits session that was relatively easy. 30 seconds on each station 2x round then 20secs on the last loop. Followed by 10 to 1 on diamond press-ups.
