Warm up for circuits. Body was feeling pretty awful after yesterday.
Circuits 30:00 [5]
shoes: Gel-DS Trainer
Morning circuits. A set of burpees, hand release press-ups, medicine ball squats, lie down stand up with a medicine ball, med ball sit ups.
Set worked in 1min blocks. Certain amount if each activity and rest of the minute recover. 5, 10, 15.
Then a running set, which my legs struggled with massively.
And finished off with some rope climbs.
