A slow run around Barosa to get rid of my hangover and stretch my legs a little. Nice to get out, little bit of snow falling as well to make things more exciting.

Early morning training for Sandhurst Cup
A cross fit session.
21,18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
Press ups
Jump overs
Squats
Lateral Jumps
Burpees

With 400m run between sets.
So 21 of each on the first set then 400m run and on to 18 of each.
Legs were destroyed by the end of it.

Combat PT. Lot of punching and grappling. Surprisingly hard work but good fun,

17km loaded march, quite a quick first half hour and then it was very relaxed from then on.

Sandhurst Cup early morning circuits. Sweaty session that ended with some sprints and rope climbs.

Bit of a jog around Barosa with the Platoon so people could revise how to navigate along large tracks.
