Long evening run. out to Nobottle then over to Harlstone, across the golf course. Then turned onto the bridleway that heads over towards Brampton looped around to towards Holdenby dropped down the hill and then turned back up towards East Haddon and back home.
Felt good for most of the run but was absolutely dead coming up the last hill into the village. The fields have dried out a lot which has made runs a lot more enjoyable.

Nice run in the sun, will probably be a little pink because of it later though. From home over to the half cut copse, the railway bridge and then up the bridleway to the East Haddon junction. Across the road and up the hill and carried on along the footpath over the Holdenby path and out on to the A428 and back home up the hill.
Nice day and the fields are getting a lot dryer which makes things a lot easier.

Run from work to the park again, when I got there they had already left so ran straight to the session.

Got there a little late and the others had already started so joined straight in. Session was some random combination of 1,2 and 3 minute intervals with same recovery. Did an extra 3 on the end to make up for being late. Felt a lot better than I did on Tuesday.

Was not feeling keen for this when I arrived. Started out ok but feeling a little heavy and I got worse,started feeling awful on the last two and really struggling with holding a good pace.
