(rest day)

Due to the near hypothermia yesterday decided to try and avoid illness. Went to watch the Varsity 10k, looked like a brutal course but it was very good for spectators.

Managed to miss the nice weather of the day. Got dropped near the top of Eccy road and ran up to Limb Valley, then up to Ringinglow and along the edge of Lady Cannings, this is were the snow started and I realised shorts and t-shirt was a really bad choice. Carried on until Burbage edge where I realised my plan of going along Stanage Edge was a poor choice so headed back towards Ringinglow on the road. Had the wind behind me so started to be able to feel my face again. Cut across Burbage mines and in to Porter. All the way back down the Valley to the house.

Up to the boys house before a Friday night Rivelin run. Thought I was running a little late so powered it up the hill a little.

Nice evening loop of Rivelin with Kris and Willy. Felt good to get out after a pretty grim day at work.

Work to training at the park. Seemed to be going a little quicker than normal.

Now that there is no track we were doing intervals on the grass at the park. Session was a pyramid session around the football pitches which was pretty much 200, 300, 400, 600, 600, 400, 300, 200.
