Warm up at the Midlands 12 stage Road relay. Lot of jogging and stretching to try and loosen up my legs.

Midlands 12 Stage Road Relays Put on the second leg and eneded going out in first as Jacob smashed to first leg. This didn't last too long as a Coventry runner over took in the first k and went straight through me on the first hill. Got taken by a couple of other guys on the next flat section. By the turn point I was pretty tired and got taken by a few more people in the next section. After this I just tried to hold on and keep them in view no more people over took me and I finished in 6th which I am quite happy with considering the clubs that went past me. Also happy with the time as it was surprisingly quick considering the last three weeks low level of training.
Quickest time on my leg was 13:01
