Decided to give the orienteering today a miss as the blisters from yesterday had filled back up after being popped last night. Thought I would be stupid to tear my heels up even more. So did some skipping as don't need shoes on for that.

Jog around some of the course with Willy and Jacob. Then some strides and bits before the race.

Inter Counties Cross Country. Didn't go to well fet like I was struggling from the start and my legs were heavy all the way around. Definitely need some new spikes though as my heels started hurt after the first lap and got worse and worse, now have some rather large blood filled blisters on them. Not sure why legs were feeling so crap might be a combination of the knee and some time off, need to get back in to training hard and sort this poor running out.

200, 300, 300, 200 1 min between and 200m jog between sets.
Only did 2 sets of this due to Inter counties on Saturday and because my knee was feeling a bit dodgy on the track.

Wednesday night run on the shorter east haddon loop with an extra bit through Chinkwell to get the time up a little. Knee feeling quite a lot better will have a go with it on the track tomorrow.
