The shorter Holdenby loop with Willy and Ali. Legs feeling a bit tired but not as bad as I thought they would be. The ploughed fields are basically puddles.

Northampton XC Championships. This was basically 10k of bog trotting it was very very muddy. Race went ok I would have liked to be a little faster and not have got beaten by Willy, but when he went past me on the 3 lap couldn't keep with him and he started to get away. Legs died even more on the final lap and the other Rob got me coming down towards the finish.

Not Impressed with my run today. Have been pretty relaxed with the training this month and need to get more disciplined and back to training properly again.

Run with all the boys from Poo Boy's house. We were told that road shoes were best, after 15 minutes and leaving Oxford this turned out to be very wrong. So the next hour was spent trying not to hit the deck. Was a good though and got to a brilliant standard of chat. Legs were fucked by the time we got back, the beers were swiftly got in and New Years began which made them feel a lot better.
