Phil's Commissioning down at HMP Camberley. Early wake up and busy day so couldn't fit any training in. Luckily all of the Champagne I drank should have improved my fitness.

I was really struggling tonight, felt pretty slow on the first couple and then quite ill on the last two i did. Dropped out after the 6th 800. Luckily tomorrow is going to be a nice relaxing recovery day.

Little run in the dark. Out towards Nobottle through some ridiculous fog and down to the Rifle range apparently cows do not enjoy having a head torch shined straight at them. Carried on up to Little Brington down Black Smiths lane and out on to the moors to do a lap. Half way around this bit the torch decided to stop providing light. So had to run the last 15mins with the moon light showing the way, the section through the copse was pitch black which was interesting. But got back with out breaking an ankle which is a win.

Morning run now that I am temporarily out of employment won't be running to training so thought I would make up for the lost miles. Calves still feeling a little tight from the weekend.

Fartlek session with just Jordan as Guy has some kind of heart condition that will put him out for the next few weeks. Decided not to do laps of the park but went out to explore the suburbs of Northampton, but basically went down the Billing Road and through Western Favell. Calves were feeling tight before we started and afterwards but not too bad during the session.

Out towards the heart cut spinny , forgotten they had spread a lot of shit on one of the fields, it does not smell pleasant, then up to the top of the moors loop around there to little Brington up to Robert's barn and back home. Calves were feeling pretty tight.
