Legs felt pretty dead today so didn't go running. Have finally managed to sort out my technological situation so can now upload my training

Run back the way we had come. Managed a lot quicker this week even though legs felt a lot worse. Might have been because i went the right way.

Hill Intervals. 6 intervals about 200m long. jog back recovery. Legs didnt seem to be working for the first three but finally got moving on the last three.
