Run in the Peaks on the bank holiday after dissertation had been handed in felt really good to be out and running not hung over. Got a lift out with some course-mates that were going for a walk so i went for a run. Went up the side of Ladybower and then to the top of Back Tor, then down along the ridge to the viaduct, at this point had to run back up quite a long way to find the others before going for a dip and then pub. they were walking very very slowly.
