Bit of a cycle to warm up. T

Needed to do some exercise to prevent me getting overly angry at innocent people in the library so forced myself out of bed before 7 and went to the gym.
The normal session that I do with Malley but per-library on my own as didn't get back last night til after Malley's bed time so couldn't ask if he wanted to join.

Combination of attempting to get my dissertation done by Friday and a overly long sports committee meeting meant that I didn't have time to train today.

Had to call Millar in for help as not enough people were keen to play. But managed to take our first win against the American Football team. They were shit. Managed to score twice as well.
