Jog to Start of Hartcliff Hill Fell race legs were feeling a little stiff to begin with but loosened up.

Hartcliffe Hill fell race. Jonny was driving out and thought it would be a good thing to do after a day in the IC. Quite fun short race, got dropped a little going up the hill though and couldn't pull it back after that. Got distracted by Jack on the and missed a style on the down hill and got called back by some old guy which wasted some time. Running hard on the rest of the decent though and manged to over take the under 16. Just got beaten by wright but stayed in front of Millar. Definitely need to lose more weight going up hill was tough.

Rivelin run with a good group. Pace seemed ok but legs were feeling a little stiff on the hills.

Became a bit of a pussy and ran the Ents alternative session.
10x 45secs on 15 secs recovery 1minute rest at the half way point.
Quite a strong wind but felt pretty good and kept distances consistent on all of them. Heart rate was a lot higher on the second 5 though.
