Run with Kris along the bottom of Rivelin after a morning marshaling the pain barrier. stopped at the bottom of coppice to do some hill intervals.

Hills with Kriss
6x 30secs efforts at bottom of coppice with jog back recovery

then a 2:30 effort to half way
through in another 30 near the top and regretted it.

ShUOC intervals. Did a diamond loop in pairs. running one end 4 times each and recovering by crossing over. on the 5th short one the first runner ran a full lap.

Bit of touch rugby in the new league. Fun but quite knackering spent a while remembering how to play.. But didn't lose by to much against a uni rugby club team.
