Didn't bother with the entire race as definitely would have broken half way through. So just jogged a casual loop around part of the course.

JK2013 Middle race. Absolute shambles making stupid mistakes that i should not have been making, need to get used to reading a map again. wasn't running quick enough either, but started working ahrder and i think i picked the pace up in the last couple of km. need to work on the fitness over the next few weeks.

JK2013 sprint. First navigation since BUCs, definitely a bit out of practice and not fit enough. made a few foolish mistakes and started to get tired near the end.
