Varsity 10km.
3 lap course around Don Valley stadium.

Malley took it on from the start and lead for the first lap and a half. but me and the others passed him and pushed it on from this point, did a 17:22 first 5km. Pushed on hard for the last lap as thought Paul would out sprint me but left him behind a little bit in the final couple of km and took the win by about 15 second. Fairly happy with time as means i am fitter than i thought but not a great time need to get fitter.
