Dark Peak Wednesday night run. Went out to the pole along edge and back along road, burbage mines and then back to the sports man. Snow was pretty deep and it was fairly tough running in some places. Legs were pretty fucking cold as well, shorts were not the best idea.

Decided to pussy out and go to the gym with Malley. So jogged down and then 10mins warm up on the treadmill.

6x 3mins on 90secs off.
doing a pretty good pace but increased it as I went through.
