Long run with Tom, Dave and John. out to the head stone for the first time ever and then around the back of redmires and over to burbage mines down porter and back. Felt pretty dead the whole way and was having to work hard to keep with the others especially going over stanage. Went further than i thought we would and quite a lot faster as well so really dead now.

Run to goodwin and then to endcliffe park for intervals, knee was feeling a little dodgy.

ShUOC intervals, legs felt a litttle dead but had to stop as knee really started hurting and i didn't want to make the mistake of trying to run through it like that idiot Malley with his foot.
