Long run with Bommy and Dave from grindleford station back to Sheffield. weather was shit on burbage and stanage got so cold. but wind dropped at lot after the pole and was sunny by the time we got home.

Run down the hill to meet everyone. Thought I was late so went quite quick

ShUOC sprintervals. very hard session with a fair amount of climb. navigation was quite good as well, nearly got hit by a car on the first interval luckily the woman knew how to emergency stop.
