Hangover buster in rivelin when we got back. legs a little dead after the cross country and the party.

Warm up in field in Cardiff bit of a jog while watching some of the girls race

BUCs cross country, brutal course far to flat and fast. got a little caught up in the start, and I was regretting the doing sprintervals with about 5 minutes. Still happy I was the first Sheffield guy in the B but a little annoyed I was just outside the top 100.

First sprint session of the year, really knackering. navigation wasn't so great either but was a good session a little risky with some of the road crossings.

Jog back home with malley legs felt a bit dead on the hill.

Run with malley when i got back felt good to be out legs didnt feel to bad although there was a lot of climb guest from last time.
