Head torch run, not to sure on time and distance felt good until coming back out of the valley and i died coming up the hill.

Wednesday run didnt go as far as i thought we would. got a little stuck in some bushes when me and Bommy tried to take a short cut, but then had to push a bit to catch up. also made the mistake of trying to cross a waterfall. we then headed up the hill to top path but went a slightly different route. and then back had to stop for a quick evacuation.
