run down to ponderosa where malley decided to be a dick and make a fuss of some small fall that he had. he couldnt even be bothered to finish the run. so i ran down to the tram track and all the way around to the bottom of heros and then up and back.

felt ok and was movuing faster than i thought it would last two were really hard as prett steep up hill all the way.
