Biked to training. havnt riden a bike for ages and could feel it.

Running warm up/down 9:00 [1]

again a very short warm up down to the round about and back.

Session on the track again.
600m 2min recovery: 1:46, 1:39, 1:42,
400m 1min recovery:
200m all 3x 5mins between sets. 30: 30: 29

running quite well had times were meant to be all at 1500 pace but times werent to consistent.

went down to the track. the warm ups they do have got really short only went to round about in lake car park and back.

First track session for a while but felt pretty good think it was because we were given so much recovery.

3 x 400m ,aiming for 64 got 64secs 65 secs 64 secs
3 mins between reps
3 x 300m go 45, 44, 45 again happy with them
3mins recovery again
3x 200m; 27, 27 ,27
and again had 3mins recovery but really didnt need this much.
