British middles:
running was good
nav was pretty good but first section was a bit messy for some reason wasnt checking compass when leaving controls stupid mistakes that shouldnt be made.

Heat A. dint go so well ran straight past number 6 and had to go back when i was nearly at 7 so lost a fair amount of time.and then control flow wasnt to great in last section.

Final, messed up even more than the heats as managed to pick up the wrong map and ran the A instead. realised about halfway through so slowed down a bit. bit annoyed as could of done alright in the B and i have to do a pint of gravy.

Jog to goodwin then to the start of the sprint intervals.

Sprint intervals: down hill sprints so all legs in the intervals were mostly dwn hill with then a recovery leg up to start the next interval.
