First run back in sheffield went with Nic down to porters brook and the followed roads from lane half wayup up edge of valley and to edge of sheffield across a park few more roads to golf course and the along top of rivelin and back on roads from the footpath juction

went down to track short jog before session and walk around to start point

Athletics session on the track
300m x 5 with 100m jog recovery
x3 400m jog recovery between sets

First time i have run on a track for ages but was pretty happy with all 300 where under 56 although times did vary a little as not used to passing on a track as havnt done it for so longer. picked it up on the last three to under 50 last one being 45.

Pretty much the loop through harlstone and then holdenby but with slight difference as near the end was getting pretty dark so had to finish on roads rather than going through the fields.
Quicker than last time but legs felt heavy probably due to the fact that the soil in fields was sticking to my feet.
