Long run with Willy. went out towards nobottle then across to harlstone then footpath over the golf course to the other harlstone then up to the A428 then bridleway across the railway and up to road at the top. over the road and then follow bridleway around through a random farm yard and then still on bridle path until hit road then turn on to footpath over to holdenby once at holdenby follow foot path down hill and then around until A428 again go under railway bridge and then and up hill to brington.

felt pretty good apart from a thorn going through the sole of my shoe at one point so had to spot and take that out. and running on the ploughed fields was even slower than running on the the snow.
