Long run with mally up along rivelin the the dams then up wyming brook up road and then along ridge until meet road again then back down portersbrook

Running warm up/down 6:00 [2] 1.3 km (4:37 / km)

Jog back from Mally's flat.

Out to golf course and back. with GG, Magic, Schorah, Rocke, Ralph and Kris.

Running 32:00 [3] 3.8 km (8:25 / km)

Fartlek on golf course and then bunker game for a while then more fartlek. Snow was pretty deep in places but was a fun session.

Down to goodwin then endcliffe park for intervals.

Interval down in endcliffe park. snow was pretty deep and was still falling so not the warmest i have ever been when training.
30sec on 30secs off x20

Long route back with John and Kris.
Hair was frozen by the time i got home.

Jog down and then warm up there wearing walshes as meant i would slip on run Nic was planning after but meant i slipped in the room.

Actually tried for the first time in a while.

Running 35:00 [3] 7.92 km (4:25 / km)

After circuits run with Nic and Hobbs up conduit and over to cemetry then down through stables across to manchester road up along the edge of golf course then across to club house and back along sandygate raod and lygate road.
