Kept choosing the wrong route at the junctions, legs were killing me as well because of all the burpees.

Hare and hounds 4 lops with 4 controls. hanging in coaching groups, orienteering is not a team sport seemed alot harder with a group of us navigating

Orienteering (Ultra Sprint) 20:00 [3]

Two ultra sprints around the club hut, maps had been messed around with which made them harder, first map was mirrored second was cut into pieces and offset. in second race the first map was normal and the second had been cut in to jigsaw pieces and then placed randomly on the page

Circuits 25:00 [4]

Circuits on the one bounce court taken by heather i had to do about 50 burpees more than everyone else due the fact that i was answering back

Distractions exercise could bearly read my map for alot of it due to the shit map bag that someone had decided to use

Ultra sprint around Kung Bjorns hog, alot harder than i thought it would be scale was really hard to work out

Ultra sprint in Hogbergsparken scale is 1:1250 so hard to read map as scale is so small some controls were within a step of each other

Control pick on brown only map on North Lunsen. Brown only made it alot more difficult but did make me pick the features well and check compass properly when leaving the control

Peg relay, really fun managed to get 5 pegs so ran more than the 5km, think i was forth in the end as shouldnt of got a peg at 8 as put me to far behind
