Ran around on the warm up map for a bit

Middle race around Tenabadet: went pretty well but i was quite sloppy

Rerun of the middle course in the morning. wasnt run as fast as the morning as legs were tired but still gained time on most controls mucked up on a couple as thought i knew where i was going but didnt pay enough attention

Had to draw our own maps, some went ok but some went very very wrong only looked a full map once though but that was after spending ages looking for 6

Trains- really good fun but it was so fast that dont think my navigation could keep up

Went pretty well didnt really use the attackpoints that were mark on the map as thought there were better ones that could be used

Went really well apart from one control as managed to stay in contact and pick off the features all the way.

Clock relay which we were pretty close to winning but i fucked up big time and hung a control in the wrong place

second round of yesterdays sprint. nice area really fast and only made one mistake but it was a big one which wasnt good.

Warm up and loads of drills that we we are apparently suppose to be doing alot

3km time trial pretty happy with time recon i could get better though
splits: 38:82, 1:18, 1:21, 1:17, 1:17, 1:18, 1:18, 1:15

Skargardssprinten. sprint race around town went pretty well but made a couple of mistakes but legs felt completly dead on the longer legs

Working on bearing and distance went pretty well came off line slightly on a couple but spotted at the right time

Head to head races around 2 loops, only just lost the first race so i was in the losers race for the second round which had four controls one of which i missed and punched 4 twice
