Warm up around some paths and through terrain

Training in Lurbo three loops with 4, 6 and 4 controls was alright using to get in to the map and was a little distracted by wasp stings

Working on distance judgement only a couple went wrong as thought i had gone to far when i hadnt.

10 x 400m with 60secs recovery

wasnt to harder session managed to get time i was aiming for on everyone, had to have extra rest after 5th as some people in the group were struggling

2mins hard 1 min esay 1 min hard 30secs easy 3 times

not as hard as usual as were given three mins recovery between blocks when normally go straight in after 30secs easy.
