ran to training little quicker than normal.

spent most of the time kicking the sliver balls around much more fun then ahte normal warm up.

ShUOC circutis the balls continued to get kick around which was a little distracting but fun, unitl things nearly got broken.

Run after circuits with the lads, cut short at sandygate road as was easier for me to get back.
