Jogged down to endcliffe park for intervals but had to go back as didnt realise we were doing them on the paths and then couldnt find where group were so jogged around looking for them.

loop from the band stand to the end of endcliffe park and back along the road. massive intervals took along time was longer than thought they would be did two full ones and cut a third short as my quadsfelt really tight

Sprint intervals over in walkly. was a fun session was working on trying to think ahead.
