Jog up to start and few streches and stuff,

Northern Champs on Froggatt Edge and Big Moor. running wiae was not feeling to good need to pick fitness up before the main season starts. navigation was qutie good but did keep looking a little early as forgot several times that we were on a 1:15 map. apart from three mistakes due to coming off bearing or looking to early only other problem was a little bit to hesitant coming in to some of the controls need to start trusting myself more.

ran up fulwood road until graham road. chest is still feeling a bit tight which is annoying.

did hill reps up graham road. reps where about 200m and did 12 of them with a jog back recovery. felt a bit tired on the first few but seemed to feel better as it went on.

went for a run with stevie b. felt pretty awful lungs felt a bit like they wanted to die, so wasnt able to keep up with him at some points so he went ahead on the hills and jogged back when he was done. went up porters brooke then arcoss to lin valley and down allt eh way to ecky road along ecky road to endcliffe park then part way up hill to endcliffe.
