Ran down to bingham with kris and ralph

Running hills 23:40 [5] 3.0 km (7:53 / km) +330m 5:05 / km
shoes: Waslsh PB Elite Extreme

Hills in bingham with the others not sure distances and climb are right but did 2 30 60 90 secs pyramids.
felt pretty hard but chest was still bad.

Ran back with Dave Ralph Kris and Schminty after hills.

Pair with Kris around Ecclesall woods. were running at a pretty good pace.

Tuesday Oct 6, 2009 #

managed to get a lift down to the track. warm up of two laps then a few strides and stuff.
warm down of 2 laps.

2mins run 1 min rest. only did 5 as i am still tryi9ng to get rid of this fucking cold did feel good until chest started to hurt though so was a bit annoyed managed to get between 650 and 600 on all five so was pretty happy.
