Ran down to the interval session. and ran back again.

Did one interval but both me and Ralph dropped out as my chest felt shit nd he couldnt be bothered.

Me and Ralph went for jog while the others were finishing the session.

ran down to the athletics training in sheffield such a long run all on roads had to get Beasant to show me the way other wise i would of been screwed and go lost many many times.

couple of laps and a few drills once we got to the track

5 mins hard then 75 sec recov wice then chest felt quite bad so went down to a four min rep then stoped after that as didnt want to make cold any worse.

had to get bqack from the track felt a bit shit so walked and jogged it.

Had to walk down to session really quickly as realised i was late so missed a little bit of the warm-up.

5 stations with six different activities 40secs on 20off. doing was really hard as havnt done any circuits before felt pretty dead after
